Company: A leading supplier to the construction industry is keen to appoint a Production Supervisor to work in their manufacturing plant in Co. Antrim.  Established over 25 years, the company has grown to become one of the UK's leading producers of concrete products for the building and civil engineering sectors.  Currently undertaking a number of projects across the UK, the position of Production Supervisor has arisen due to the award of a significant project.

Role: As Production Supervisor, your role will entail supervising a team making up moulds, inserting steel, pouring concrete and overseeing quality checks, among other responsibilities.  Previous precast experience and ability to read technical drawings is essential. The candidate must also have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and have strong leadership and planning skills.

Benefits : The basic salary on offer is £25k - £30k, with benefits of a company pension after a probationary period.  This is a permanent role in a busy working environment.
