Built 4 years ago so in great condition, redecorated in June. Downstairs toilet (can install shower) upstairs bathroom. Gas heating, wooden floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. We have an enclosed front & back garden and enclosed driveway. We have lovely quiet neighbours.
We love our house and our only reason for an exchange is our youngest daughter. She is disabled with special needs and her health problems mean she needs her own bedroom.
We would prefer to stay locally (our eldest loves her school) but would consider all areas.
