Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute, to the executive management of the company. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training the Sales Team to ensure they maximise revenue and to ensure profitability.

Main Duties:

• To generate new business through proactive telephone and face to face sales activities, whilst ensuring that the company’s minimum standards are equalled and exceeded.
• To maintain and maximise existing business potential by investing additional areas of need for the company’s services.
• Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
• Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
• Monitor market and competitor activities, showing market trends.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
