HRD Services are pleased to announce opportunities for development in the area of Team Leading.
Candidates may be eligible for funding through DEL to enrol on NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading if employed at time of enrolment.
The Level 2 BTEC Award in Team Leading is designed to provide education and training for those in management or other sectors with a responsibility for team leading. It also provides opportunities for personnel in management or other sector-specific industry to achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 vocationally related qualification.
Suitable for those in management or other sectors with a responsibility for team leading.
Progression from the BTEC Award in Team Leading could be into employment. Alternatively, learners could continue to a Level 3 Diploma in Team leading or a Professional qualification such as ILM Diploma in First Line management.
