Company:

A leading supplier of products and materials to the construction industry is keen to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor, initially for a 6 month period.  Involved in the provision and installation of construction products to a variety of civil engineering and building contractors, the company have a full order book into 2010.  Current projects are located within Northern Ireland, Scotland and England with typical project values from £300k - £4m.

Role:

Employed initially on a 6 month basis, you will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor, charged primarily with finalising a number of outstanding accounts.  Ideally, you will have worked in a subcontractor environment and will possess the ability to work autonomously.

Skills Summary:



- Minimum 5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.

- Previous employment with a subcontractor is desirable.

- Confident dealing with final accounts.
