1 child + 1 parent £35 per 5 classes
2 children + both parents £55 per 5 classes

I am looking forward to have fun with you in classes and have a little "parent's breakfast club" twice a month :-)

Do you think 9am is too early? What about breakfast? Why don't you have something light to eat before the class and bring your breakfast with you /to do yoga with full tummy doesn't feel nice anyway/ Blick Studio offers separate kitchen facilities and very nice coffee area/atrium style/ where you can have your breakfast with other parents after the class.
In childre's yoga classes we learn some breathing techniques,centering,yoga exercise with singing and lots of fun
and because this is not a typical yoga class for adults we have also space for a little bit of dancing and moving around. There is a relaxation part at the end of each class.
Refreshments like organic fruits and organic drinks are included in the price (coffee,regular black tea,big range of ayurvedic herbal Yogi teas)
