hi im looking a buisness partner to help me run a carwash i have spent a lot of time and money getting it to this stage it is on a good pitch with electric and water on site it has been running for 4 weeks and is increasing its customer base each week there is loads of space for bringing it on further eg room for a 2nd and 3rd wash bay i had thought of erecting a large gazibo for doing full valets at the moment i have just been doing mini valets i know in the right hands this could be a goldmine basically i have spet all my money getting it to this stage and the planning office has wrote to me telling me i will have to apply for change of use for the site and it will cost me 800 pounds so rather than throw the towel in i am looking a partner with some capital to keep it going and to build it into the goldmine i know it can be ring me if you have any questions thanks
