Receptionist/Secretary required for busy Solicitors Firm.
Temporary position to cover maternity leave (starting end November 2009).
Responsibilities will include making and receiving telephone calls, organising appointments, typing letters and other legal documents, sending faxes, sorting and franking outgoing mail, hand delivering letters in town centre, taking post to Post Office, meeting and greeting clients (including tea and coffee making duties). Audio typing and computer/word processing experience essential. Previous receptionist experience preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
