I am in the process of moving out of partners house.
I am a 36 year old male with one child.
I require a two bedroom, flat,bungalow, or apartment,the lease will be kept short term but that is only for the process of I the applicant retain my homelessness status with N.I.H.E.
The contract will remain in place (subject) until I am allocated property for my child and I, whom I will be having on part time basis are housed within and by N.I.H.E or a housing association.
I have posted this add in the hope that a landlord with a property somewhere will accept DHSS paypents,it is highly embarressing having to ask this!
The property would have to be within a 25 mile radius of greater Belast.
I will also provide a deposit if required.
also embarressing to the fact that I have had to spend time in hostels.
These are not nice places to be!
I am willing to decorate,as I am a good plumber,painter &
decorater,and good at DIY,I have been house trained.
I have and still do own 50% of my exiting property.
If gaurtentor where needed it could be done via this way.
