Its crazy I tells ya!.

Band members for hard working band.

Influenes: Captain Beefheart, Pink Floyd, Stone Roses, Michael Jackson, Beatles, Hank Williams, Country & Western, Any OUTSIDER MUSIC generally (ie music by mental patients), Robert Johnson (& other early blues type stuff), Charlie Parker etc....Also influences which will appall and disgust you ie Wham, Abba, Neil Diamond etc....see!

Some other Key Thingies:
- Hard Working....no slackers.
- Top Class show!....costumes, midgets in cages, whatever.
- Dance routines.....ala Fred Astaire, MJackson etc. But instrument players won't need to do much unless they want to!
- Generally worked out songs ala composition, ie not a 'sure just jam it out and it will be alright on the night Jimmy' type of thing. But yes total improv and/or guided sections or entire songs etc.
- Time signature changes ....Drummers take note! .......and any other interesting musical stuff.
(syncopation, detuning...whatever's cool!)

Any instrument I would consider. I will do vocals.
