We are a boutique design agency; inspired by a shared love of creativity, sociable outings and passionate workforce, a passion for innovation we are on the hunt for a trainee in the creative front to join our small Belfast team.

Trainee designer/creative/developer;

The Role: We are seeking talent in the design and development area. (2 years+ experience) to work within our small team at our belfast studio. You will have strong design and optional development skills and a funky portfolio full of original ideas. Personal artwork also acceptable.

You will be alongside the company Director assisting on a wide range of work for some prolific clients, dedicated brands who have come to us for something out of the ordinary.

You will run your own projects provided, offering the opportunity to fully showcase your talent flare, as well as collaborating with the core tailorcreative team which is also had a great bonding with a network of trusted and highly creative freelancers from UK, Spain, Germany & Estonia.

You’ll also need to have experience in dealing with clients on occasions - may it be online, or by telephone, it is essential to touch base and keep the working relationship with our clients active. It will never be the same task over and over again, you will be a good juggler and raise to the challenge when required.

Our requirements from you;

* excellent communication skills and pixel perfect attention to detail
* A portfolio demonstrating a proven ability to create and develop a range of digital media
* Ability to manage projects and make quick & precise decisions
* Ability to create a high standard of original designs in a timely manner
* Ability to work constructively under the direction of Company Director
* expertise in such applications;
* Adobe CS3 suite
* Working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, AJAX, and CSS
* Working knowledge of print design and production
* Knowledge of processing, AFX, Video, Advanced ActionScript
* Flash
* Fireworks
* E Marketing (not essential)
