This is a lovely house with 2 guy's and 2 girls looking for a clean and tidy postgraduate to join us. We are two Italians, one polish and one Northern Irish. There are no couples in the house
It is not a standard rented accommodation - it has a warm, homely feel to it. The landlord is very relaxed and she is a Professor in Queen's. There is no contract and the room is available now.
We have a gas cooker, great shower, wireless broadband internet and all the necessary things for a house, including a tumble drier.
We are a 5 minute walk from the main Queen's building, and we have a little spar shop close by.
