I have a double room for let in my flat, its is a very good size. It contains a good double bed, Large wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables etc. it even has an armchair

The rest of the flat has a nice living room/kitchen area with all the things you'd expect and the bathroom is good to. It is located on the first floor of the block and has a balcony, not that you'll use it much in this weather but I can say it is nice on a summer evening!

The flat will come with secure off street parking space accessed by key fob, as is the pedestrian entrance and building entrance. For those of you who like pedal power there is also an area for bicycles

The rent is £200 per month with the deposit being the same, a 12 month lease preferable but I would take someone on a 6 month one initially. I have no preference as regards the sex or age of the flatmate, only that your clean and tidy.(but please note this room is not being advertised for a couple)

The bills are pretty straight forward, only Gas and Electric, the shared cost of the last one's for me were only £50 for the quarter though I'd imagine it'll rise a bit in the winter.

Please take a look at the flat if your interested and I can make myself free any evening this week to show you around, I've been here 18 months and have thought of moving, love it! Its very handy with Co-op, Off Licence and Chinese all 5 minutes walk, ASDA and Lidl also very close.
