4 bedrooms with spare room on top floor for storage. Seperate shower and bathroom, both spacious and modern. Very nice big kitchen, very bright and good area for cooking. Nice sitting room with white leather sofas. House is already nicely decorated (pictures, rugs, ornaments) because tenants have been living there since May. Double glazing and internet.
Back yard, small enough but suitable for BBQ's etc!
The house is genuinely great, I am renting out my room because of unforseen circumstances.

2 girls and 1 boy working full-time will be living in the house.
