ASSISTANT BEAUTY SALON MANAGER

My client a modern contemporary salon located in Belfast urgently require an Assistant Beauty Salon Manager to help manage the day to day running of their busy salon. As well as being a therapist you will be required to carry out the following duties:



· Directing, coordinating, and evaluating employees

· Carrying out supervisory responsibilities according to the organizations policies

· Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training employees

· Planning, assigning, and directing work

· Appraising performance

· Addressing complaints and resolving problems

· Motivating employees in regards to customer service and increasing sales

· Ensuring therapists use proper techniques

· Ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures

· Etc etc
