Hi i'm looking to swap a 2 bedroom (Housing executive ) house just off Templemore Avenue for a 3 bedroom house in East Belfast , having to move due to having a baby . There is one living room , 1 double bed room and a single room .The kitchen is big and is getting a new one fitted sometimes soon by the housing executive . The house is double glazed and its gas heating and is close to the city centre and has a large enough back yard , very quiet street and a nice area .
