Hi,

I've decided to take a year out of the rat race and go see the world, been wanting to do this forever and finally getting the guts (and finances..nearly!) to do it

I am getting a round-the-world ticket starting in South America- NZ-Oz-Asia and wondering if anyone is doing anything sort of similar and wants to meet up for a bit along the way? If anyone is planning on being in South America between Sept and Dec 08- between Peru and Santiago around this time I'd love to hear from you, I'm travelling mostly on my own and the thought of it is a wee bit scary just now but exciting too

Mybe you've been travelling there and can offer me some advise- the do's and don't of travelling there? all info much appreciated
