Im sick of getting the replies from gumtree ads that want you either to call someone for escort services or signup to some website with your credit card details. Also, those ads that demand a picture from the very first email? whats that about?

Anyway im not going to do any of those things - ill tell you about me, honestly and genuinely, in the hope that someone can be as honest and genuine in return. Then we can take it from there.

I'm a 40 year old, professional guy, ive been separated for 20 months now - an amicable separation i may add, i have 4 kids who live with their mum and i get to see them every other weekend.

What do i like? sports obviously - im a bloke after all - especially footy and golf. i enjoy socialising and eating out, and travelling, and my ideal situation is to meet someone new who enjoys these things and would like to see some european cities in 2010. I also enjoy hiking, reading and surfin.

Im 5ft 5, not a giant by any means and of medium build brown hair and eyes and i wear glasses. i may be 40 but i certainly dont look or act it! most people who dont know my age, guess that im around 30.
