We are seeking to recruit a competent and experienced customer facing Sandwich Bar Manager who is passionate about putting their flair for food and sandwich making at the hands and mouth of our customers. You will take charge of our Belfast Outlet to include improving service, sales and customer loyalty.

Having worked at a managerial level within a food retail environment you will be expected to share your wealth of experience and knowledge to your team by leading, coaching and developing them to be the Gourmet Sandwich Experts in Deli*Lites at Belfast.

Managing the Outlet where never two days are the same you will take ownership for the quality of service provided to our customers and the financial performance of the Belfast outlet. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Relevant experience of managing, motivating and leading a diverse team of people in a high volume, branded food retail environment
• Relevant experience in building and maintaining customer loyalty
• Working knowledge of sustaining healthy profit margins with experience of having full accountability for the financial success of a business
• Be knowledgeable of the standards and structured processes required whilst working within food safety standards and legislation
• Strong communication skills
• Possess relevant and up to date qualifications in food hygiene, health & safety, & first aid
