Baby Massage is a wonderful way to spend some quality fun time with your baby. The massage techniques taught may help with improving sleep patterns, relieving symptoms of colic, wind/gas, reflux and constipation. Classes are relaxed and babyled therefore feeding, changing and even crying are all welcome.

5 week course costs £40 which includes massage oil and manual
