Store Manager (Luxury High End Retail)
Wellington Professional Recruitment has been retained by our Client, a high end retailer, to search for a Store Manager for their highly successful Belfast store.
Due to the exclusive range of products on offer with our illustrious client, we are seeking to speak with high achievers within the high end / luxury retail trade. You will have a successful track record within one of the top fashion / luxury accessory houses and will be seeking to work with one of the most reputable companies in Northern Ireland.
We are looking to speak with applicants who are comfortable dealing with prestigious products, whilst having a first class ability to converse with customers enquiring about these items. It is essential that you have an highly credible level of experience within the luxury goods market.
The ideal candidate will have an impressive background within store management - area management ability and potential, will be advantageous.
Training will be provided to the successful applicant, to enable them to fully understand every aspect of the product and to help integrate into the company culture. Our client attaches high importance to people development and is fully supportive of the enhancement of its staffs' skills and abilities.
Experience and qualifications within the luxury accessories market will be highly advantageous for this role. An impressive knowledge of the jewellery market will be desirable.
