Domiciliary Care Manager
Salary – up to £28,000 - £30,000, pa depending on experience
Location – Belfast

We are looking to expand our current Care at Home division in our Belfast office. There is scope for the right individual to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.

For this role you will have the qualifications listed and ideally experience in the following -

• Qualified in either NVQ4 or Registered Managers award.
• Managed a team.
• Full knowledge of domiciliary care regulations as per the RQIA.
• Winning new business and managing key accounts.
• Carrying out care & risk assessments.
• Reviewing packages.
• Designing advertisements to attract job seekers.
• Highly self-motivated individual.
• The drive and desire to succeed.

You will have excellent written, verbal communication & leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Previous experience in sales is not essential, but desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take on this leading role and develop the sector.
