I'd like to buy my first property but I don't have the money for a deposit, I can however get a mortgage. Anyone know how I could get on the property ladder. I am not eligible for co-ownership as I have more than 5k of debts (car loan) and I have tried other schemes (momentum mortgage) but there are no suitable properties.

Areas interested in: Dunmurry (close to the town), Upper Newtownards Rd, Belmont Rd, Holywood Rd, Upper Ravenhill & Ormeau, Newtownbreda, South Belfast, Antrim Rd (zoo direction, not lower).
