Very good bus service to Queen's University, Belfast City & Royal Hospitals, and City Centre, in very close proximity - and walking distance to Knockbracken Health Care Park Would suit young professionals. House has large kitchen, living and dining rooms, and decked area to private back garden for chillin out in over those blissfully hot summer months (ok then - the three days Belfast gets if we’re lucky)! Rent includes bills for bins/rates and TV licence. We have freeview telly, so E4, FilmFour etc. available at the flick of a switch - and of course you'll have the pleasure of our company

Now that you've heard about our place, I'll tell you a bit about us! I'm 29yrs old and work hard during the week, but not adverse to socialising come the weekend (although not exactly wanting people swinging from the lampshades either). I'm pretty easy going (unless you wake me up in the morning - when I suffer from a mild form of incomprehensable Tourette's ;0)) and we are looking for a similar minded person to share our home (although Tourette's not necessary). I am a bit of a Lara Croft on the old action adventure (have trekked the Andes, Himalayas and been to Everest, and the bruises on my legs from rockclimbing make me look more like a patchwork quilt!), but I wouldn't go as far to say that I'm Angelina Jolie! ha ha! I enjoy the challenge of these things rather than being obsessive on the fitness front (I like my beer too much - afterall life is for living). Don't worry, I'm not a girl who wants to be a guy either (in reference to my hobbies), I love my dresses and high-heels too and I'm best friends with my GHD hair straighteners ;0) My current flatmates are 2 really easy-going guys, good craic, and get on with anyone! They are into surfing and kayaking - but I'm trying to convert them to the "darkside" of rock-climbing! But don't worry, we're not fanatical (so we'll not be living on Goji berries and performing yoga in the living room) - we enjoy the craic and adrenalin rush more than anything! We have a nice mix of personality and gender in the house.

Although there will be 4 people in the house, we come and go so the place always feels, and is, spacious - and the company is great! If you like the sound of the place, get in touch (text is best)- Cheers
