I am Will I’m a 21 year old marketing student and i work a lot as well, I’m looking for new house mates to replace ones that are moving on. There is one room left.
The house is an excellent 5 bedroom detached in a quiet street off the upper Lisburn road. It is a substantial size with 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 lovely big kitchen, 1 utility room and a conservatory. The house also has a substantial sized garage and lovely big garden, perfect for BBQ’s parties, socialising etc.
We are all hard working people, are clean and tidy but still enjoy ourselves quite a lot. We are not the quietest, we enjoy the space we all have but this of course means we don’t mind if you make noise as long as you don’t go too far. We are looking for any like minded young person, boy or girl age 18-30, preferably student or young professional who likes the idea of more space than usual but is not afraid to help maintain it, helping out with the cleaning etc.

Rooms come partially furnished with the possibility of doing what you want except painting them chocolate brown etc. The rent is £160 per month, an unbelievably low rent for a house of this standard and size.
