Mma and conditioning fitness classes at Progressive Combat Club Belfast

Progressive Combat Club Belfast, the only fully equiped full time MMA gym in Belfast is now offering Fitness and conditioning classes every day and is open to everyone. £4 per person per class
MMA fighters are among the fittest and best conditioned athletes in the world Now you can experience the workouts that get them into that shape

All our classes from Tue - Sat are open to both men and women, fighters and non fighters.

Monday we have a womens only conditioning/MMA/self defence class. Starts at 6pm-7.15pm. It begins with 25mins of intense conditioning classes then moves on to teaching correct punching/kicking techniques.

Tuesday & Thursdays 1.30 - 2.30pm is a unisex conditioning class, with a mix of kettlebells, body weight, and thai/focus pad circuits £3pp

Tuesday from 6.15pm - 7.00pm we have an old school style circuit class that is guaranteed to test the fittest of people. We use a mixture of weights, kettlebells, body weights, tyres and ropes to push you to your limit

Wednesday from 6.15pm - 7.00pm is a fast paced circuit class, involving 6minute rounds using medicine balls, kettlebells and body weight - it will having you sweating in no time

Thursdays from 6.15 - 7.00pm we have a kettlebell workout. As an EKI advanced kettlebell instructor I can tell you kettlebells are KING when it comes to fitness and conditioning. You will go through 7/8 5minute rounds using kettlebells. You will be shown correct techniques and will soon realise why so many people are raving about this unique piece of equipment.

Fridays we bring out the thai pads and give you a workout you wouldn't believe possible This is the exact circuit we use to get our fighters fit for their fights. Boxers with 20+ years experience have tried this circuit and admit they have never trained at this level Replicting an MMA fight we put you through 4 5minute rounds of punching, kicking, kneeing, jumping and sprawls. This is THE BEST cardio workout around and a great way to get rid of stress

Saturdays from 11am -12pm we have a unisex conditioning class. This is a class were you cant hide You will be pushed to and maybe even beyond your limits. If you want results then this is definitely for you £5pp

All Classes are taken by experienced qualified instructors and fighters.
All MMA classes are £5 per session
