Accommodation close to bus stop (two minute walk) - all Metro 1 buses drive past (approx every 7 minutes during the day, 15 minutes in the evening). About a half hour walk to the city centre. The Shore Road is about a ten minute walk away.

I've seen some adverts on here seeking rents of 70 or 80 pounds a week for a room which is completely ridiculous as 50 pounds a week is about the average rate for a decent room in Belfast - Belfast is a much cheaper city to live in than any other city in Britain or the Irish Republic. You can get cheaper rents but these would be for poor accommodation in bad areas.
