There is slight cosmetic wear & tear on the casing but it still looks very clean. There is NO monitor included as the PC was used with our LCD-TV for watching downloaded movies & recorded TV shows. It also comes with an external USB 200Gb HDD (stuffed with movies if required). Also comes with Windows XP Home disk (Activated)
