Company: A leading subcontractor, based in County Antrim, is experiencing continued growth within the UK construction industry.  Year-on-year growth means they are keen to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Commercial Director.  With a turnover of approximately £13m, projects are located throughout the UK, with 50% of their work currently in Northern Ireland.

Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Commercial Director and be tasked with the following: preparation and submission of monthly valuations, liaising with the contracts team to obtain variations and including them into monthly claims, remeasurements and site visits where required, and assisting with estimating when necessary.  Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a main contracting background with some knowledge of curtain walling/cladding and have a minimum of 8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Skills Summary:
