A nice bright double room available in a friendly shared house in Malone Avenue.

It's a house with all mod cons (washer, dryer, fridge-freezer, electric shower), open kitchen, large bathroom and seperate toilet, shared by 5 people total. Oil heating, broadband, and Virgin TV. The room available is on the first floor and faces towards the back, where we have a small garden.

We are all professionals or postgrad students. It would be great to get someone friendly, easygoing and reasonably clean to take the room.
