I have a standard residential tenancy agreement and a rent book that I can e-mail to you so that you can rent your property yourself. It is a legal requirement to provide these. As it is standard you can write or type your own information into it. You can then have and use it each time a new agreement has to be made.

The Agreement creates a Private Tenancy as defined and controlled by the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.
