hello.

I just bought a secondhand mobile fone - an O2 X2 and wish to restore the factory settings etc. There were no instructions with the fone. Does anyone have a set lying around that they could give me or even lend me and i will return them. Maybe u could email me a scanned copy?

OR, can u tell me the code that needs to be entered to restore the factory settings?

I have 2 particular problems with it:
1. the camera takes a pic but every time i try to send it i get a "FAILED" message back. I wonder therefore of the WAP settings are set incorrectly.

2. while the fone has been set ringtones, it only vibrates when i receive a call/text. I cannot get it to ring.

Any experts there who can help?

The fone is a fair age (and is only for temporary use) so there is no point in me taking it to an O2 shop .
