We have a room available to rent in an established Salon located in a busy Co Down town.

The salon is currently open 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday) and has a reception, kitchen and bathroom.

The Salon currently has 2 beauty rooms, 1 Spray Tan room and 1 nail room.

All rooms are fully equipped. Rental can include use of salon products or you can supply your own. The salon uses Sienna X Spray Tan, St Tropez, as well as Backscratcher Nail products.

Wireless internet access is also available. Processing of electronic card payments can also be offered.

Rental of these facilities is very flexible and can be rented either by the day or on a weekly basis; this flexibility represents a fantastic opportunity for -

Basic rental for room will be ~£30 per day and will include lighting, heating, water.

Rental for other services are available by negotiation, rates for weekly rentals can be negotiated at a lower rate.
