We have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house in Artana Street, beside the Ormeau Bridge.

We are 3 young professionals, all male, age 24-27, interested in sport, music, the odd quiet drink during the week and a few more at the weekend.

We're hoping our new house mate will share these past times.

The house has been totally refurbished, new kicthen, bathroom, carpets etc so the first to see will prob take it.

Virgin media has been installed with 10MB broadband, the new housemate will be expected to contribute to this and our gas and electricity bills.

We are looking for just £165 per month for the room.
