The Company:
Our client, a leading international company providing customer care in a wide range of different language, is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of French to work in their Belfast offices.
The Role:
-Dealing with all incoming customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
-Focuses on customer care to ensure that absolute ownership is taken of all enquiries
-Adhering to agreed customer service levels in all areas of the role
-Proactively thinking of ways to continuously improve and deliver on service standards
-Actively engaging in learning to improve your contribution to the role
-Maintaining a team-focused ethos at all times
-Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, educating customers on new products
-Helping customers to find alternative solutions where subscriptions are cancelled
-Maintains focus on existing customers
Candidate Profile:
-Fluent to business level in French
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-6 months' experience in customer service preferred
-Experience in MS Office and internet applications
-Experience working in a team environment
-The ability to support and motivate others where required
-Excellent time management and organisational skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Resilience to stress and good problem solving skills
-Results focused and target focused
