Sous Chef with good quality cooking experience needed for County Fermanagh (Northern Ireland UK) hotel.

You must be at Sous chef level already, preferably at 4* hotel level or with good quality restaurant experience.

Good relationships with previous employers necessary.

Accommodation can be helped with if moving to the area for the first time.

Salary negotiable, circa 25k - 30k depending on experience.
