At BBT, our business is growing faster every day and it’s all thanks to our consultants. Due to our reputation throughout the UK, we have more vacancies, often exclusive to us, than we have applicants to fill them and we’re hoping that you will be able to help us.

We have 2 positions for candidates that want to be apart of our expanding sectors in Nursing and Allied Health Divisions. Working in a team of five in the Belfast office you will be recruiting for temporary & permanent staff across Northern Ireland.

For these positions you will be -

• Identifying clients and candidates objections and effectively meeting them.
• Cold calling clients and candidates
• Documenting client details and vacancy requirements.
• Preparing advertisements to attract new applicants for your vacancies.

You must have exceptional proven sales ability and will easily build rapport on the phone and face to face. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and will have the desire and drive to succeed.

There is no threshold for the first six months on commission and after this you will be able to make monthly and quarterly commission.
