Office Assistant Part Time
To assist in the day to day operation of a busy office including maintaining all relevant documentation & keeping Accounts department running smoothly.
Creating invoices for customer, maintain accurate records & filing all relevant documents.
Assist with customers queries, collation of sales figures, dealing with suppliers & answering telephone.
Basic keyboard skills necessay as are numeracy & literacy.
Some printing & laminating duties involved.
A willingness to learn & able to work on own initiative are essential.
Minimum wage applies
16 hours per week
