We are a quiet genuine couple who are looking for a well appointed property with a tidy garden and MODERN decor to a high standard - mainly unfurnished as we have our own furniture. The property sought would need to be also pet friendly as we have two dogs, however we are extremely clean/tidy and reliable. We have excellent references and are looking for a property available mid/endJuly or August. Our primary concern is obtaining the right type of property for us with a lease of at least THREE years or longer. We are not interested in sub standard properties with questionable aging decor/untidy gardens etc in dubious areas nor short term leases awaiting sale so no time wasters please.
We have high standards and as such ensure in return a well maintained property and timely rental payments.
