hi we are looking to swap our newly decorated and well looked after, first floor maisonette in belvoir. our maisonette has two good sized bedrooms new kitchen, gas heating, which is very cheap to run and new double glazing. it also has gresat views over belfast. we are looking to swap to a house preferably with 3 bedrooms and a garden as we have a little girl of 22 months and the stairs here just arent safe for her and she has nowhere to play.We would love to stay in belvoir but would also condsider areas close to it.
