This is a great house.

I have recently moved in and am planning to have it finished by 1st july ready for someone to share.

It is my home so everything is well finished not like student houses or general rented accommodation.

I have taken some photos to give you an idea, however it is much nicer in real life.

The room to rent is a double, all newly furnished, clean and tidy, its bigger than it looks in the picture.

I have also photographed the kitchen and living-room, both newly decorated and new kitchen.

I am looking for £260 per month, that includes bills.
I have a telephone-line,TV, Gas heating, internet(broadband) washing machine

It is a 15 minute walk to Belfast's town centre (royal av)

Bus stop at end of the street.

About me:

25 year old female student, friendly, pretty tidy.

I have a house rabbit, so if you don't like animals or are allergic it's not for you, he is house trained and runs round just like a cat:)

Male or female welcome, non smokers please (sorry smokers)
