On behalf of our client, an Training Orgnisation for goverment funded programmes, Prestige Employment Solutions Ltd are acting as a Recruitment Agency for the role of Programme Manager

The Role
To provide full executive administration support to a Director and assist with a organisation of training programmes
Travel to training venues will be required around Northern Ireland
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the programmes using planning, organising, modifying and controlling processes on a day-to-day basis and react to and manage issues as they arise
• Create and execute programme timelines and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Keep Director and Delegates well informed of relevant changes within the programme
• Communicate effectively with the programme manager to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions
• Keep up the circle of communication and ensure all relevant parties are suitably informed throughout the programme
• Collating of programme material for delegates
• Liaising and working along with entrepreneurs connected with the company and programmes
• Using initiative and creative thinking to improve or suggest current / new working practices etc
• Working closely and assisting clients with their programme needs
• Offering support and solving issues if needed for the Director, the Company and its Clients
• Maintain structure for programme documentation and remain conscientious in using it and ensuring that it is complete, up to date and stored appropriately
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by Director for Invest NI
• Manage all arrangements for programme i.e. booking venues, refreshments
• Be responsible for calendar management
• Typing of programme material

The Person
Possess excellent keyboard skills and strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Be able to create and use spreadsheets or other appropriate tools to manage tasks
Third Level education or 4-5 years equivalent experience
Must be exceedingly well organised, flexible, proactive, resourceful and be able to work independently with little or no supervision
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important
Superior organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
Experience of working to strict deadlines and achieving results
