hello everybody who is looking for a nice room to share :)

First about the flat: its three bedroom apartment on the first floor of three floors, so its the midle one.there is one small single room free and this one also single room but much bigger.both rooms can be rented, cause i live in a double room which is the third one.there is a huge kitchen and realy spaceous living room.there is one bathroom with bath and toilet and sink and there is another bathroom with sink toilet and shower.also there is a room for storage and for hanging washings and there is a wee room with freezer washing mashine and bascet for clothes.so as you can already imagine its realy spaceous apartment.
Now about the bills: electrisity and gas is with the top up cards so everything devided i how many people is living.and there is virgin tv and internet which is 25 £ per month so also devided for everybody.
At the minute its just me in this flat and i am searching for people to share this flat with me.so if you not interested in a bigger room which by the way can be done double if you need 200£ per month and smaller one which is single and its cheeper 150£ per month.and if you want more space you can have both for 300£ and one room would be living and another would be like a wordrobe.The rooms are furnitured so there is where to put stuff and also there is space for other furniture.
These apartment have back garden which is realy nice in summer for barbecues or sunbathe cause its compleatly closed and safe.there is a parking space near it and also there is a bus stop just 1 min away.bus is going every 20 min an you ll gwt to city hall in 15 min.nice wies through the windows of cavehill.
Now about me: I am 28 year old female but not old :) i am easy going and getting on with all personalities.dont think there would be a problem. I am smoking, can have a drink on weekends and i am working almost all evenings from 5 to midnight so apartment is yours for all evening :)
dont know what else i should tell about.i realy would like to find somebody who is easy going , tidy and wants to live with me :)
