Swedish Massage:

Swedish massage involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health. Active or passive movement of the joints may also be part of the massage. The benefits of Swedish massage include increased blood circulation, mental and physical relaxation, decreased stress and muscle tension, and improved range of motion.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Indian Head Massage:

Indian Head Massage is head, neck and shoulder massage that has been practiced for generations in India to promote hair growth and good health. It is becoming increasingly popular as a natural and effective means of relieving stress and promoting health and well-being.It is known to bring about a feeling of relaxation, improve circulation and can even improve alertness and concentration. Indian head massage can also help to relieve or alleviate tension headaches, insomnia, neck and shoulder tension/stiffness, sinusitis and stress.
The treatment: This is a truly holistic therapy in that it has many physiological and psychological
benefits. It balances the whole body. It involves only the upper part of the body.

La Stone Therapy
This is a deeply relaxing treatment that uses a combination of hot basalt and cold marble stones to induce feelings of balance and tranquility. The stones are placed on the body as well as used within the deep massage resulting in alleviation of chronic and acute symptoms of overwork, fatigue, stress and life.
