I rent a lovely house on the Ravenhill Road and my housemate is moving out at the end of the month so his room will be free for someone to move in. It’s not the biggest house in the world (great for heating and cleaning) but it is a double bedroom – double bed (might be a king size actually), chest of drawers and wardrobe. The house itself is really modern and gorgeous, reclining leather sofa, large flat screen tv etc. It’s oil fired central heating. Rent is £250 per month not including bills (oil, electricity, TV licence).

I’m 29 and work Mon-Fri, 9–5.30. During the week I don’t get up to too much (a few glasses of wine in front of the tv maybe) but I enjoy socialising at the weekend, have a few friends round, head out etc. Ideally I’m looking for someone who is similar to me as regards age/working/socialising and who is prepared to do their fair share of the cleaning (doing your own dishes doesn’t constitute doing your fair share!). I like to keep the house clean and tidy so someone with similar standards is a must. I don’t mind sharing with a male or female.

To sum up – I’m looking for someone who is good craic to rent the other room of a gorgeous wee house I live in!
