Ultimate Frisbee is an athletic, team based game played with a Frisbee. With it's relaxed and sociable culture, it makes a great alternative to traditional organised sports.

CHASE Ultimate Frisbee are having a beginners day at Ards Leisure Centre
Saturday 7th November 4pm-6pm

There are several great reasons why you should at least give Ultimate a go:

What do you need to bring?

>Yourself and friends.
>Indoor sports wear (trainers etc)
And that’s it. Costs are covered by CHASE. So its FREE for beginners.

CHASE is arguably the most established local team by far, Belfast Ultimate Summer League champions 2 years in a row and finsihed well at tournaments in Scotland and England. With our no-pressure attitude, and our enthusiasm and love for the sport, people of all ages and abilities have thrived as part of CHASE

So come along and give Ultimate a go even just once to see what it’s all about. We will have you up to speed so that you can play a proper game on your first session, regardless of your sporting ability.
