I'll be in Belfast working at the university for 2 months next year, from March until April. I'm looking for a spacious 1 bedroom, furnished and affordable flat to rent for 2 months. My preference is within walking distance of the university or a central location. If the price is not too steep, then a 2 bed would be great.

I'm from Glasgow and have visited the city many times. I'm well versed in the duties of tenants having been one and rented out a place myself. I'm reliable and keep the place clean. All I need is somewhere cosy, safe and pleasant to live so that I can write at home, should I wish to.
