We are first time buyers looking for a house in the Four Winds/Cairnshill/Beechill area - we have been approved for a mortgage and are hoping to buy a property for £175k or less before the stamp duty threshold falls to £125k on 31st Dec. We are looking for a decent 3 bed semi with garage, garden and decent kitchen and bathroom. We have looked at many houses on Propertynews but were wondering in case any one is selling a house in that area who would be interested in selling directly at our price range to avoid costly agency fees.
