We have a small cosy room to rent in a family home. We are in a quiet suburb in belfast it is approx 15 mins from the city centre by bus. It is in a leafy tree lined avenue close to shops, churches restaurants pubs and parks. We are on a main arterial bus route.
The room has a kingsized bed, clothing rail, TV and DVD player. There is not much room but the bed is comfy.
We are looking for a professional person, or couple , non smoker, non-party animal to rent the room.
We (myself and daughter) are tolerant and friendly our home is clean but lived in. We also have a dog who barks at everyone coming in but who is friendly and gentle.
Full use of the house and garden is yours - we have a 10 ft trampoline and bar-b-que.
We are happy to rent to anyone who fits the bill regardless of age, sex,sexuality, religion or race. We try to be friendly and helpful but non-intrusive.
please email with any questions- we provide bed linen and towels and we have washing machine etc.
Rent is £85 pw for two people
