There is a great double room and study to rent in a popular area of South Belfast. The house is located on Mount Prospect Park, 5 minutes from QUB, MBC, Tesco and 15 minutes walking distance from city centre. The bedroom comes complete with new double bed, floor to ceiling wardrobe and chest of drawers. The study consists of desk and floor to ceiling wardrobe as well. House is fully furnished with wooden floors, oil-fired central heating system, pvc double-glazing, tv, broadband internet. Kitchen includes washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. There is a bathroom with electric shower and one additional toilet as well.
Currently the house is occupied by two very friendly female Queen’s PhD students (26 years old) who are looking for non-smoking, tidy and responsible postgraduate or young professional, sorry but no parties at home.
The references will be required and long term stays would be preferred (6-months initial letting period, then month-by-month).
